This is a temporary home while I experiment with developing information on some of the better places I've been lucky enough visit and want to tell some of you about. Eventually I'd like to get more of my travel photos scanned in to the "net" While online I spend time at Excites gateway site. I'm trying to figure out how to use their Chat and Instant message system? Until then I'm stuck with e-mail. In general I want to interact with kindred spirits: wanders, explorers and adventures - even if the adventure is only in the back yard or within the minds eye. www.excite.com Also you may want to check out the homepage of this host site to get some free space on the Web:

After graduating College with a degree in medieval literature I worked as a journalist, primarily for international new organizations. I have traveled a lot in the Middle East, Egypt, Jordan, and Israel, while I worked out of Cairo. Cairo is a fabulous city, busy, enlightening and fairly safe. I recommend that everyone visit their. there really is nothing like the pyramids. Even is you have seen them in photos, in person the are awesome. I also recommend any location along the read see the clear water and colorful marine life are otherworldly. More recently I have been to the United Kingdom, while studying international law for a summer at Oxford University. While there, I particularly enjoyed North Wales, which is where the two mountain photos above were taken. North Wales was a magical place with spectacular landscapes, beautiful villages, romantic castles and friendly people. I am eager to travel more. Not only do I intend to return to some of my favorite places but I want to push forward and see some new locations - e.g. Asia and Eastern Europe. FYI Ibn.Saladin is in loose reference to, "Saladin" a great Mamluk commander who challenged the Crusaders. Saladin had his capital in Cairo where he build extensively onto the "Citadel," a majestic fortress overlooking the expansive city of Cairo. Saladin has been credited with some as being one of the best military commanders of the Middle Ages. I plan on developing more information about Saladin as soon as I finish with my law degree.
